Allow yourself to be nurtured and prioritised in a treatment specifically designed to put your needs first. There is the option to use your own hypno-birthing recordings alongside practicing your hypno-breath. From the point you are no longer comfortable to lie on your front you shall be cushioned and supported on your side, working with whatever focus you desire whether it is full body or specific areas - it is up to you. In this totally comfortable environment there is no judgement, any leaks or spills are to be expected and greeted with compassion.

Cancellation Policy

Classes - All cancellations, including rescheduling, must be done within 24 hours of your appointment time otherwise a full payment will be taken. Courses - All cancellation, including rescheduling, must be done within one week of the start of your course start date. No refunds, only rescheduling allowed.
