In this beautiful venue expect intuitive flow, empowering poses intertwined with beautiful moments of stillness and guided self-compassion mantra to leave you feeling like the very best version of you. No matter your experience, flexibility or fitness you are welcome at Ella's (she/her) classes. Ella is trying to break down barriers and show the world that yoga is for everyone, so if you've always wanted to try yoga but felt anxious, this is the class for you. Equally if you are an experienced yogi and want to focus on the body & mind experience and move towards a more compassionate relationship with yourself then you are welcome with open arms. This class is specifically for LGBTQIA+ people and allies, Ella is passionate about creating a safe space for folk to benefit from everything yoga offers - mentally, physically and spiritually.
