This course is aimed at giving students an introduction to yoga postures, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and philosophy alongside teaching you how to utilise yoga alongside an empowerment practice to build confidence and greater self-compassion. The aim of the course is to give you the confidence to create your own at home self-care routine specific to your needs, to feel able to attend in person classes with less anxiety and to nurture love for yourself. This course is led by Ella, owner of The Pink Room, she is a Body Positivity Yoga Teacher and Empowerment Coach. The group is kept small so that Ella can focus on each of you, catering the guidance to your needs. Kinda a life coaching yoga hybrid course. Fancy. The course is three weeks long, 6pm -8pm on Thursday evenings. Mat & props provided, wear whatever you are comfy in and bring some water and a fresh notebook. Small groups of 3-4.
